The Club AGM is scheduled for Weds 1st November at the Olympic, Swanley. The meeting starts at
2pm but if you would like to come along earlier, at 1pm, we are laying on a light lunch for meeting attendees.
The AGM is your opportunity to raise important issues for discussion and to have your say on club matters. But it’s also an opportunity to meet with fellow club members, to socialise and grab a free lunch, so please do come along.
The relevant paperwork has already been circulated by email but can also be found here, please take a few minutes to read through them but to summarise, they are:
A draft agenda
Your opportunity to put a name forward for any of the committee positions;
Your opportunity to raise any matters of importance; and
Draft minutes from last year’s AGM.
So that we can get the catering organised, Des needs to know how many people are attending and whether anyone has any dietary requirements that need to be taken into account. If you are planning to attend, please let Des know as soon as possible and, in any event, by Weds 18 th October, so that he has time to collate the information and pass it on to the caterer.
