Managing Your Data

Keep your Private Account Up to Date

It is important for mutual benefit that your account data is accurate and up to date.

1. Start by going to the 'Members Area'

in the top RH corner and selecting

'My Account'.

 

 

2. Then click on the large circle​

and up load a 'head and shoulders'

Photo of yourself.

3. Do the same for the smaller photo

and add your preferred Name/Nickname

to be used on the site.

4. Always Ensure that your personal details are kept up to date. This data is kept confidential and only made available to club officers on a 'need to know' basis

5. Having made these updates be sure
to save the changes by clicking the Update button.

Update your Public Profile

​Select the Profile Tab

 

 

Then add a short bio for the benefit of other members.

Eg. When you joined the club, riding group, other interests etc

This will be available to view by other club members.

If you wish you could add a photo!

 

 

 

 

 

 

Your Profile; Public or Private?

When you signed up to the club, the default position was that your 'Profile' was made available to other members. This is so that in an emergency/accident other club members have access to your emergency contact data. 

If you wish, your 'Profile' can be made 'Private' so that it is no longer accessible to other club members.

This is achieved as follows.

Login and select the dropdown menu by selecting

your name in the top RH corner. and select 'My Account'

Then select the 'Settings' tab

Towards the bottom of the page select 'Profile Privacy'

and then select 'Make Profile Private'

Finally hit​

Blog Email Notifications

 

The default position is that you will be getting emails notifying you of new entries to the club Blog.

If you wish to Unsubscribe there is an 'Unsubscribe' option on each email that will stop further emails
